Private & Group Yoga 

Learn the foundation of Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Power Flow or Restorative Yoga. Asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathwork) enhances strength, flexibility, balance, agility and relieves stress and anxiety. All levels, ages, sizes are welcome.

Foundations of Yoga & Breathwork

“Plant the seed in order to bloom.”

This class series sets the groundwork to learn basic & playful asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathwork) to develop mind-body connection while having fun, enjoying social interaction, and developing cognitive and behavioral skills

Beginner (Ages 3-18) | 60 minutes

Guided Meditation

Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as ,mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity. Learn breathwork techniques to train attention and awareness to achience a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

Recovery Yoga

Yoga and mindfulness to support addiction recovery through mindful journaling, guided and creative visualization meditations, and vinyasa flow.

Trauma Informed Yoga

An approach to creating a safe, supportive space in which students can learn emotional regulation skills through connection with the breath, physical movement, and increased mind-body awareness.

Classes and workshops for groups of survivors or individuals who are dealing with past or present mental, emotional, or physical trauma and/or unique daily challenges that create mind-body distress. Learn how to utilize new holistic, mindful practices, and resources to overcome life challenges and meet your supportive community.
