Join Soul Smirk Yoga & Mindfulness and Community Yoga Space for a Workshop to "Release Your Inner Smirk"- learn the fundamentals of Self- Care through Laughter Yoga, Journaling & Restorative Yoga. All ages, sizes, shapes, and colors. NO Yoga or Meditation experience needed!!! This workshop focuses on CONNECTION, GROUNDING & FUN. Why not spend the holidays with a smile on your face and ease into your holidays? We will shake it up with Laughter Yoga & bring it down with Restorative Yoga & Breathwork with journaling in between. LIGHT SNACK AND JOURNALS WILL BE PROVIDED! What to expect: Welcome: Connect with others with a fun Icebreaker Laughter Yoga (30 minutes) led by Erika Snacks and the option to share your experience (15 minutes) Journaling (15 minutes) Restorative Yoga (45 minutes) led by Jillian What is Laughter Yoga? Bring more oxygen to the body and brain, foster positive feelings and energize yourself with laughter. Laughter yoga is a unique concept where anyone can laugh for no reason. It combines laughter exercise and yoga breathing. No yoga experience is necessary. This part of the class will be very interactive and there will be a whole lot of laughing going on. What is Restorative Yoga? This practice allows you to slow down and relax. Mellow movement, longer holds and the use of props are woven together to support and nurture your body. All stretches will be done on the GROUND.
