Spring Into Action!



#1. Self Care is not selfish. Make your mental and emotional health a priority to be the best version for you and others.

2. Be authentic. Take a moment and journal about your wants and needs. Who are you? Be you! Set goals. Feel confident and manifest your inner vibration.

3. Use your weekends to reset and recharge.

4. Go to yoga, practice meditation, and breathwork to relieve stress.

5. Go play! Just because you're an adult doesn't mean that you can't have recess. Explore a local park, hiking trail, or nature reserve. Bike, hike, swim, run, walk, skip, jump....

6. Be creative. Start a new passion project- try out color therapy, planting flowers, growing veggies, household projects, make music, learn a new language... what excites you?

7. Get your nutrients and stay hydrated. I'll leave it at that. :)

8. Make a plan to do something you've never done before. Invite a friend or friends. Make sure not to take life too seriously & leave room for laughter.

9. Go for a massage, sauna, or take an Epsom salt bath to relax your muscles.

10. Create an affirmation journal and/or gratitude box. Write something positive each day.

Release Your Inner Smirk- Your life is your life. Live it for you.
