OUR MISSION is to cultivate wellness through diversity, inclusivity, and mindful motivation within the practice of meditation, yoga, and self-care. We offer a variety of virtual & outdoor classes, school programs, and workshops.

The Soul Smirk life is a concept of mindfulness, meditation, yoga, fitness & self-care practices that create strength, support, inspiration, motivation, and good vibrations for everyone.
My motto: Life is already serious enough...remember to take time for yourself. Do you, boo. Be strong & find your inner light. Take recess when needed. You don’t have to be an expert to practice mindfulness. Just show up.

Certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher from Exhale to Inhale in NYC. Specializing in recovery for domestic violence, assault, and PTSD.

8+ years teaching all levels of heated and non-heated yoga, meditation, self-care, and mindfulness classes for all ages, sizes, and experience levels.
